Montana Equal Pay Summit

In 2015, I spearheaded the Montana Equal Pay Summit in ​Butte, Montana featuring keynote speaker Meredith ​Walker co-founder of “Smart Girls.” At the time, I was a ​student leader at Montana Tech and was working for ​Governor Bullock. Montana Tech was widely known as a ​male dominated campus, this summit provided the ​perfect opportunity to showcase the talented women in ​STEM that attended Tech. I had to go through a ​competitive proposal process to host the event, and we ​were sure to make it absolutely memorable.

TangoTab Launches Across the State

In 2017, I was the Director of Business Development for a ​startup based in Dallas whose mission was to help feed ​the hungry through increasing restaurant capacity. The ​model worked well with chains like Starbucks and ​McDonalds who were committed on a national level, ​every time you went to Starbucks you simply checked ​into the app and it immediately gave the cost of a meal to ​a local shelter or food pantry. I helped them expand north ​and proposed a partnership with Sodexo targeting High ​School kids. This relationship went all the way to the top ​and Sodexo is still a partner in France.

Dining app that also helps the hungry launches ​across state

There’s a new app in town and it aims to benefit ​restaurants, their customers and charities that help feed ​people in need. TangoTab, based in Texas, coined the ​tagline: “When you eat, they eat.” Founder and CEO ​Andre Angel started the program in Texas in 2011 as a ​simple way for people who dine out to help others who ​can’t afford a meal.
